Shop Policies

Shipping

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We will provide an estimated shipping time when one is available. If no shipping time is stated, we aim to ship within 30 days. If an order is delayed, we will contact you and provide any cancellation or refund option required by law.

Returns, exchanges, and order problems

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, fit, or preference. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email hello@diegesis.io promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Privacy

When you place an order or contact us, we collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number if supplied, shipping address, order details, and communications. Square processes your payment-card information; we receive payment status and limited card details such as card brand and last four digits, but not your full card number.

We use this information to process payment, fulfill and support orders, prevent fraud and abuse, keep business and tax records, and comply with law. We may share it with service providers that help operate the shop, including Square, Google Firebase, our website host, email providers, and shipping or fulfillment providers. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, including legal, accounting, dispute, security, and order-history needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. This shop is not directed to children under 13.

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@diegesis.io. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed for legitimate business purposes. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.

Terms

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is included in the listed price where applicable. Products and inventory are subject to availability, and an order is accepted when payment is completed and we issue confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory, pricing, fraud, or technical error.

Site content, designs, artwork, and product names may not be copied or commercially used without permission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the shop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
